Requirements for a valid return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order/purchase, you are required to contact Made in Akwa-Ibom Showroom by Email within 2 days of item delivery and product returned within 7 days of delivery. However, pls note the following:
– Only expired goods, damaged goods or wrong delivery are eligible to be rejected at delivery.
– Items accepted by buyer are not eligible for return except proven counterfeit upon opening.
– Merchant agrees that returned items due to item 2 and 3 above are eligible for replacement or refund.
– Merchant agrees to bear additional delivery charges associated with 2 and 3 above returned order.
Refund or exchange of product will be processed once returned item meets the following criterias:
– It is within SEVEN (7) days from the delivery date.
– The item must be in it’s shipped condition and in its ORIGINAL packaging.
– If the item came with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.
How to return Wrong item after Delivery
Contact us by sending an E-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the return. Please state your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, the reason and your preference in regards to replacement or refund. In case of refund, kindly indicate your full bank details.
Made in Akwa-Ibom Showroom will give you the necessary details to send the items using the same means it was delivered to the customer.
Once we receive your returned item in our Store, we will conduct a quality check on the item. If the reason for returning an item cannot be validated, such item will be redelivered to you and a refund will not be processed
After this check, if return is found valid, we will proceed with the refund or replacement.
You will receive 100% refund for your item plus shipping fees, if we delivered a damaged, expired or wrong item .
Please kindly note that we cannot accept returns for damaged items after 7 days since delivery. Should you detect any damage with the product and the time frame for returns has elapsed.
Reasons For Return
- Delivery of Wrong Item: Returns are permitted for wrongly delivered items from what what has been ordered.
- Defective Item: Items delivered with manufacturer’s defect are qualified for returns.
